Access to kiadrive.com is offered on the condition that these terms are accepted in full. Opening any page, reading any coverage explanation or completing any form on the site counts as acceptance. Anyone who does not accept these terms should stop using the site.

These terms apply together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how information submitted through the site is handled.

KiaDrive publishes general educational material about auto insurance, including explanations of coverage types, deductibles, policy limits and optional additions. The material is written to help a reader understand the vocabulary and the trade offs involved in a car policy.

KiaDrive is not an insurance carrier and does not issue, underwrite, bind, amend or cancel any policy of insurance. Nothing published here creates coverage, and no page on this site is a quote, a binder or a certificate of insurance.

Use of this site is limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Aged eighteen or older, or the age of majority in their state.
• Able to form a binding agreement under applicable law.

Access may be declined or withdrawn where any of these conditions is not met.

Registration creates an account tied to the email address supplied. Keeping the password confidential is the responsibility of the account holder, as is every action taken through that account. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported using the contact details set out below.

Accounts opened with false details, or shared with other people, may be suspended or closed without notice.

The following are not permitted anywhere on this site:

• Submitting information belonging to another person without permission.
• Copying, scraping or republishing site content for commercial use.
• Interfering with the operation, security or availability of the site.
• Using automated tools to harvest data or flood any form.
• Uploading anything harmful, unlawful or deliberately misleading.

The written material, page layouts, graphics, logo and arrangement of this site belong to KiaDrive and are protected by applicable law. Personal reading, printing and reference are welcome. Republishing, redistributing or building a derivative work from this material requires written permission first.

Where consent is given during registration, KiaDrive may send text messages and place contact attempts relating to an auto insurance inquiry. Consent is never a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply.

A reply of STOP ends further text messages and a reply of HELP returns assistance information. Consent choices may also be changed by writing to the email address below.

Some pages may reference outside websites for background or reference. Those destinations are run by other organizations under their own terms and their own privacy practices. KiaDrive does not control them and takes no responsibility for their content, their accuracy or their handling of information.

Material on this site is general in nature and does not take account of any individual situation.
